Since 1992 I have worked independently as a practicing advocate for own account as a member of Johannesburg Bar Council. Later joined the National Advocates Forum in 2014.  Gained  extensive civil and criminal litigation experience in the Magistrates Courts, Regional Courts, High Courts, Appeal Court and the Constitutional Court. I currently consult on BBBEE and sit as Director for a few companies.

Truth and Reconciliation Commission

Investigations Unit – 1996 to 1997

Investigations on Cross-border violence of the Apartheid Regime,  specific crimes against humanity and the role of business during that period.
